COMPOSITION

    -  Diphenhydramine hydrocloride...........................................25 mg.

    -  Excipients................................................................sqf 1 capsule.

INDICATIONS

    -  Symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including urticaria and angioedema, rhinitis and conjunctivitis, and in pruritic skin disorders..

   -  Symptomatic treatment of coughs and the common cold.

   -  Allergic to food and inhalant allergens.

   -  Allergic to insect bites and stings.

   -  Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION 

    -  Adults: 1-2 tablets 3-4 times daily.

    -  Children: ¹/₂-1 tablet 3-4 times daily.

    -  Do not exceeding 300mg (12 tablets) daily.

   For the prevention of motion sickness, the drug should be taken orally at least 30 minutes before departure.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

    -  Hypersensitivity to any of the components of  the drug.

   -  Neonates.

   -  Patients receiving MAOIs.

PRECAUTIONS

    -  Pregnancy and lactation.

    -  Patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy, myasthenia, closed-angle glaucoma.

    -  Avoiding the use of alcohol drinks during treatment with the drug.
