COMPOSITION                            

   -  Nicotinamide..............................................................500mg.

   -  Excipients.................................................................1 tablet.

INDICATIONS

     Prophylaxis and treatment of pellagra that is characterized by:

    -  Skin lesion, especially on areas exposed to sunlight.

    -  Glossitis, stomatitis.

    Dyslipidemia with high doses.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION    

    Treatment of dyslipidemia:

    Adults: 1- 3 tablets, 3 times daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

     -  Hypersensitivity to nicotinamide.

     -  Severe hepatic disease, active peptic ulcer.

PRECAUTIONS

     Patients with history of peptic ulcer disease, diabetes mellitus, gout, hepatic impairment.
