COMPOSITION

    -  Magnesium lactate dihydrate....................................470mg.

    -  Pyridoxine hydrochloride..............................................5mg.

    -  Excipients.......................................sqf 1 film coated tablet.

INDICATIONS

    -  Treatment of severe hypomagnesemia, isolated or associated with other mineral deficiencies.

    -  Treatment of functional manifestations in anxiety crisis with hyperventilation (spasmophilia).

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

    Adults:  

    -  Severe hypomagnesemia: 6 tablets daily divided into 3 times.

    -  Spasmophilia: 4 tablets daily divided into 2  times.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

    -  Severe renal insufficiency with creatinine clearance < 30ml/ min.

    -   Pregnancy and lactation.

PRECAUTIONS

    In case of using magnesium more than 24,7 mmol (about 12 tablets) daily, taken in consideration of electrolyte balance and renal function.
